Renew early: how not to lose access to the number

When a rental term ends, access to the number for your order stops, and late restore of the same number is usually unavailable. Renewal is manual while the rental is still active — so important accounts should be renewed ahead of time.

SMS Arena has no automatic renewal. Renewal is available for an active rental before the end date. Renewal price is shown in the dashboard before you confirm.

After expiry, late renewal may be unavailable. SMS Arena does not restore number access after the rental ends.

What you lose after expiry

New incoming SMS for your rental are no longer accepted.

A third-party service may request a code on the same number again — without an active rental you will not receive it.

Message history does not replace renewal; see after-rental-expiry.

How to renew on time

  • Open the active rental and check the end date.
  • Choose an available renewal term and amount before paying.
  • Top up balance early if payment needs confirmation time.
  • Set a reminder several days before expiry.

If the number is tied to PayPal, a messenger, or mail, renewal is part of managing access risk.

Add backup email and passwords in those services — see account-recovery-number.

Next step

Check rental status in the dashboard and renew before expiry if needed. For mechanics, see renewal-and-expiry.
